We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team!

Position Details:

  • Full Time: Monday-Friday (Saturday available at a higher compensation rate)

Responsibilities:

  • Meet productivity requirements
  • Implement diagnostic assessments for a wide range of clinical deficits
  • Develop therapy and treatment plans for identified disorders
  • Maintain required patient documentation
  • Collaborate with related providers to ensure quality of care
  • Provide continuous parent education
  • Motivated to pursue continue education related to caseload needs and impairments

Qualifications:

  • Current Texas State Board of Examiners SLP license
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences
  • Current ASHA license
  • Two years of experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with pediatric feeding disorders
  • Experience using an electronic medical record to maintain patient documentation

 

We are also seeking an Enrollment & Insurance Coordinator to join our office staff team!

Available Positions:

  • Full Time: Monday-Friday

Position Locations:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inbound Calls, Emails, Faxes
  • Patient Scheduling
  • Facilitate the Enrollment Process for New Patients
  • Manage Therapists Schedules: Time-off, Productivity Target, Hours
  • Maintain Electronic Medical Records: client demographic info, enrollment, discharge
  • Manage and Coordinate the Obtainment of Enrollment Paperwork: consent, authorization, pre-certification of professional services to secure coverage and payment, and medical information
  • Conducting Insurance Benefit Checks and Communicate Benefits Coverage to Patients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management (Preferred)
  • Medical Office Work Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Insurance Verifications: 2 years
  • Experience using an electronic medical record to maintain patient records
  • Must be able to multitask, be organized, and able to prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Understanding of insurance verification and copays required
  • Prior front office and scheduling experience is preferred
